I've had the smaller of the versions for over 12 to 15 years with no problems at all still grinds up the herb perfectly. so I reached out again to get a bigger version I got the 3inch and absolutely love it. Feels so good and smooth! Hope to have this for another 15 years!

I have always loved Diamond. Theyre easy to clean and do exactly what you need it to do. I stopped smoking for a while and just recently got back into it and bought myself a new grinder and its still just as great as I remember it. Thank you!

So I got my grinder and it is BEAUTIFUL. Matte Grey, super smooth yet grippy when you need it. Looking in the pollen chamber the bottom is very smooth, taking micro shots of it though it has extremely small ridges and for those of you who want an absolutely smooth pollen bottom, this is as close as one may get and I like it.
Oh man, the first chamber has many holes meaning it will NOT POWDER your material and leaves it fluffy! Exactly what I like. The action of opening the chambers is as it markets “quick turn” opens smoothly and closes smoothly, grinding action smooooth and effortless. Dare I say, sensational!
I also did discover, a small defect in one of the chambers…resulting in some shavings to peel.
Which leads to my next topic below.

Customer service:
as you may see in some reviews, orders sometimes arrive quite late, it happens.
Reach out to support as I have, they assured they would take care of me if it did not arrive. So once I discovered the defect I did contact them about it and as they said they would, they took care of me.
It aligned with the warranty and we came to a solution. (:

Overall, my experience here is the grinder is HELLA great, it’s a BREEZE when grinding, absolutely stunning visually and a joy to hold, feels marvelous in the hands (I got the 2.5”).
The teeth are SHARP and look as if they are built to last.
Magnetic lid is STRONGER than the one I had over 9 years ago so I like that upgrade.
This is an investment that will take care of itself, and I love it.

Bought mine in 2013. 11 years and still going strong. Definitely worth the money.

Bought this as an upgrade to a model I’ve had for over 10 years. The old one never broke a tooth or let me down, I finally poked a hole in the screen. Sure this new one will last even longer. Super high quality.

Best grinder by far I bought one 8 years ago still going like the day I bought it decided to buy another one in a different colour would definitely recommend high quality grinder
