Replacement Rings

I bought this product, it was a week late on shipping. The number provided i left a voicemail and there address on the website is just a ups store. So there was no good way of contact. the title of the "replacement rings" implies you'll get the full set. After all these are extremely small bits of plastic so 3pc for 5 bucks is a very believable deal.... turns out they want you too pay for each individual ring and that is absolutely deceiving based off the title of "rings". Just be honest and say it a single replacement ring if your going too do that too your customers. Let alone be a week late too ship. Felt like I got ripped off and hope yall plan on making things right. But if this hasn't been updated then this is everyones warning.

I have been happily using my DiamondGrind grinder every day since I bought it back in 2001 when the company started. This is the first replacement ring I have purchased and the material is different from the original so I am waiting to see if it gives me 20+ years of use like the original has. It is this uncertainty why I did not give it 5 stars. I would happily recommend Diamond Grind to anyone.

Smooth grind, and nice deep well. My son has had one for 12 plus years and his is still grinding like a champ so I had to have one too. Thank you for quality work 💕

I accidentally bought wrong size replacement rings. Will need to figure out size of grinder and re-order. I was Gifted this Grinder for my birthday last year. Yo Diamond, hook a brotha up! Love Y’all
